Device not updating

Check device power and connectivity. The dashboard shows the last received reading. Contact your installer if readings stop or appear inconsistent.

Tank settings

Confirm capacity, shape and height in tank settings. An unsupported shape may require a device-calculated percentage.

Accounts and privacy

Account settings provide a deletion request and supplier access controls. A monitored support contact and postal address must be configured before public launch.
